My Dad stopped at a home where Arrow was working and asked Trent if he would be able to take a look at our roof. He did that same day!! Trent seen how bad the roof was and immediately called Dad's insurance, had it appraised, and within 1 week 10 days the roof was completed. The crew was fast, efficient, and very skilled at their profession. we live in a duplex and they were here at 8 and gone by 5 or so. Yard was prestine when they left. They ran a large magnet over the yard and Trent came by today (next day) and ran the magnet again. We give ARROW 5 stars!! very fast, efficient, skilled and cordial as well. He called to adjust his arrival time (which I appreciated since I was leaving work to meet him) and was there when I arrived, having already been on the roof to examine the possible causes of the problem. I was shown pictures of the issue and given 2 options for resolution. I find it admirable that I was urged to try the cheaper of the 2 options and assured that if this didn't completely fix the issue, my payment would be put toward the other option (though he was VERY confident that would not be necessary). I am overjoyed with the service, promptness of resolution, and pricing. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Arrow and if I am ever in need of roof-related assistance again, they will be the first I contact for assistance. read less
