Trent from Arrow Roofing drove approximately 4 hours to get to our house to inspect our roof around the chimney. Rain water had been leaking inside the wall of our bedroom. He went on the roof and did an inspection and found the siding on the chimney had two relatively large holes out of view from the ground. Even though this had nothing to do with Arrow or the work they did Trent fixed the holes at no cost to us. We want all to know that Arrow is a top tier company that stands behind their work, and Trent is a fine representative of the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, capable. Thank you Arrow and especially Trent for coming all the way up north to fix a problem they weren’t responsible for. I recommend them whole heartedly.
